We would encourage booking as soon as possible. A SavetheDate Deposit of 50% is required on the day of the consultation so that we may ensure proper supplies/ingredients and availability to create the order for your special event. Full and Final Payment due one week prior to the event. Make checks payable to Bella Dolci Cookies and mail to 159 Walnut Ridge Road, Charleroi, PA 15022.
We recommend you call to set up a consultation. We will be glad to discuss your event and work with you to create a realistic plan for your personally customized cookies. Address any special dietary needs, such as nut allergies, lactose-free, sugarfree, no berries, no coconut, kosher, etc. Please be prepared to pay the Save-the-Date Deposit at the consultation.
DELIVERY OR PICK UP
Bella Dolci Cookies will contact you the week of your event to schedule the delivery of your product. Standard delivery is scheduled approximately 2 to 3 hours prior to the event. A round-trip flat fee of $25 for any delivery orders under 30 miles. An additional .55 per mile will be charged over 30 miles.
If you or someone you designate pick up your cookie order, Bella Dolci Cookies will not be responsible for damages to your order once it leaves our premises. If Bella Dolci Cookies delivers the cookies, then the care and protection of the cookies becomes your responsibility after the delivery is made. If Bella Dolci Cookies provides cookie set up, then the care and protection of the cookies become your responsibility once the set up is complete.
COOKIE SET UP
If you want Bella Dolci Cookies to set up and decorate the cookie table for you, please let us know in advance, as we may need to bring special equipment, etc. If you request or prefer to purchase the décor for the table set up, you will not be charged a set up fee. Make sure you provide Bella Dolci Cookies a protected area that is level and stable for the cookie set up.
CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
All changes must be made in writing or email. You may request minor changes to your order up to 2 weeks (14 days) prior to the event and, to the extent reasonably possible, we will try to accommodate your request. If we cannot make the requested changes, we will notify you, and therefore, have the right to substitute other cookies. You will be solely responsible for any additional costs incurred as a result of such changes depending on the nature of the changes. The order must still meet a minimum of at least two (2) dozen cookies.
All cancellations must be made in writing or email. If you notify us of cancellation at least 30 days prior to the event, we will refund all your SavetheDate Deposit. No refund of the SavetheDate Deposit will be provided for any cancellation that is made less than thirty (30) days prior to the event. If we are able to rebook your date or any other event, we will apply half of the amount of your un-refunded deposit to a future event.
Bella Dolci Cookies shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance under this Cookie Agreement to the extent said failures or delays are caused by conditions beyond Bella Dolci Cookies reasonable control and occurring without its fault or negligence, including, without limitation, failure of suppliers, power failures, Acts of God, Government restrictions, and/or other causes beyond Bella Dolci Cookies’ reasonable control. In such event, Bella Dolci Cookies shall provide a full refund to you and shall have no further responsibility or liability to you whatsoever.
PHOTOGRAPHS OF YOUR COOKIES
We reserve the right to take and use our own photos of your cookies for marketing and promotional purposes, including advertising and promotion through our marketing partners, without compensation to you. We may also request photographs from your photographer for the same purpose, again, without compensation to you.
